Video in Powerpoint

Hi guys!
I need some help. I have been asked to deliver a video in wmv format to my boss for her PC PowerPoint presentation. I have tried to convert the file several times, trying different things but every time I finish the conversion, it appears to be slightly pixellated. The video is currently a 1280 x 720 quicktime. I need to re-size it to a 960x576 wmv file. I was using "sorenson squeeze" on my Mac to create the wmv file with the following settings:
WMV-VC1
2-Pass VBR
29.97 fps
6500 kbps
Frame Size: 960 x 576
Unconstrained "Display Aspect Ratio Policy"
16:9 Aspect Ratio
Maximum VBR Bit Rate: 150
Key Frame every 30 Frames
Max Motion Vector Length in Full Pixels 32
Progressive Field Encoding
Top Field First
Advanced Profile
Level: 4
I have also selected the "Deinterlace" filter from the filter options. To reiterate, I am using a Mac for the output of video to PC.
Your help is much appreciated. Thank you!
