If you are asking about major markets I think you will be fine. But small to mid size markets will be your issue. Alot of the smaller markets do not air HD spots

Most of the time there HD network feed is a straight pass through master control. If they air syndicated HD programing there server sometimes is only for those shows and not for commercials.

This can be some of the issues with deliver to multiple markets of different sizes. Since using a service like DG or Extreme Reach is not possible my only recommendation would be contacting traffic departments in the markets you will need to send to and see if they accept HD spots and be ready to mKe some betas or SD files

This is the néw fun to digital spots there is no standard and a whole lot of variables because every station has different standards and different requests. For example some stations want spots ready to air. Some want slates with specific length with certain lengths of black and some don\'t even care
