I think we've hit my limit on knowing how to proceed. I couldn't tell you what to do next only because I haven't experienced what you're experiencing. I would definitely suggest calling EditShare directly. First order of business would be making sure your support contract is current. They can help with getting you a spare disk to rebuild your array and sort out whatever issues you're having with the media space.
