CRI: Color Rendering Index
Most current LED lights have a CRI of 70, which is not suitable for high definition filming. Brightcast offers CRI levels of up to 95!
Variation in CRI and Color Temperature can cause problems when filming with multiple light sources. Brightcast light CRI and accurate CCT avoid color rendition problems.

Drop Guards
Two filter slots for softness, CT and color adjustments. Drop-guards prevent filters from dropping when lights are upside down.

Energy inefficient lights usually start going dim after 3-4 hours. A standard Sony battery can last up to 10 hours on a Brightcast light, staying on maximum brightness much longer.

Longer Lifespan
Most LEDs will lose CT accuracy or brightness levels after some months.
After less than a year of use, a poorly designed LED product can flicker, shift in color, look dim, offer uneven light, or continue to use power when turned off, among other problems.

Digital Display
