WAV sound on a 23.976fps video

Hi audio pro people, I have a problem.

I am from PAL country but this crew shot 23.976 rushes for me and using external recorder for audio.

When I placed the audio on the timeline with video, it synced at first but then it slowly started to drift out-of-sync.

Is there such things as 23.976 audio?! How do I convert the WAV audio to drop-frames to match the video? I did try convert video to 25P but it doesn't work.

Ps. Using a mac, so pc solution is probably out, although I heard about BeSweet.

Budget always not enuff.
