Pusha,

Start iTunes. Set the mp3 import rate in preferences. Put CD in drive. When iTunes asks if you want to import the tracks say yes. Find cuts in iTunes directory. Drag to desktop. Import where ever you want.

I'm not iTunes tech support. Keep at it. You'll get it.
