Azden SGM 1x - No Getting Sound

I have a problem with a new just bought Azden SGM 1x.

I am not getting audio. I am conecting it to my HV30 with a Hosa Technology MIT-156 XLR Female to Stereo 1/8" Miniplug Male Connector.

I have test many batteries, and nothing. The battery look to be well placed.

Any tips?
