Thanks Steve for taking the time to answer. this is a great tip, which makes perfect sense. that said, I have found while researching this topic discussion on "color match" effect. apparently it came with CS4. not sure if CS6 has an alternative. another thing that i found was a method called shot-to-shot matching, usually tied with working with FCP, not sure how it works either. could either help me with what i am trying to achieve? where could i find more info since i found very little.

thanks again.

nader
