Computer that can handle Premiere

Hi, this is my first post here.

I'm not that great with computer specs, so I need some advice. I'm a freelance videographer and recently got Adobe Premiere Pro. I love it, but it seems like my computer can't handle it. It slows my computer down and videos that are only 15 minutes in length take up to 3 hours to render. I found a computer that seems to be more than capable of handling it, but I'm not totally sure.
