Tony Susnick24P & 30P capture cs5 interlacing

Hello everyone. I have a Panasonic DVX100B and using Premiere and AE CS5. I have filmed a lot in 30P. I still have major interlacing problems. Is it the way I capture initially or the project settings I use? When I capture, Premiere and After Effects interpret it as 29.97.
I appreciate anyone that can help me. Thanks.
