I just found out that the library files on the downloaded version of the software are missing, thus I have no lower thirds banners to chose from... No templates were included in the link I received from my company, so I need to locate the person in IT that ordered the software, and get them to download the library content from the website. This is why I have no lower thirds!

grrrr!

Thanks for the help and the links to the videos. I'm off to view them.
