install transitions CS5

i'm trying to install the transitions from filmimpact.net. am i missing the plugins folder? the install instructions mention a plugins folder. As you can see from the pic, i only have configurations and presets.



also, i've heard that you can install the plugins in after effects and they'll also be available for PPr. i guess what i'm saying is, i need help :)
