Create timecode for it? Like QTChange? No...you have to use QT change. Although, someone found a HUGE BUG with PPro and QT change, that was recreated in CS6...and will be addressed soon. Not in this current version.

But it is only an issue if you want to take the footage outside of PPro for any reason.
