On a 2 GHz quad Mac Pro with 10GB of RAM and a Radeon 5770 GPU.

I had an FX-laden H.264 DSLR sequence that had some serious latency issues when starting playback in CS5.5. Figured it would be a dandy for taking CS6 out for a spin. Instantly (for all intents and purposes) speeds up to real-time playback in CS6. With a noticeably smaller spike in CPU/memory usage, to boot.
