PP CS6 Supported Features?

Does anyone know if PP CS6 can now:
1) Edit compressed audio (AAC, AC3) without creating cache files?
2) Edit H.264 well on a supported Open CL ATI MacBook Pro?
3) Have an easy way to incorporate animated titles for editors, like the way Apple Motion connects to Final Cut Pro?
These are the major obstacles that our shop is looking to overcome if we jump on PP. Right now FCPX, can edit compressed audio and H.264 well on most supported Macs (which use ATI, not Nvidia). And FCP7 / FCPX have really great motion titles integrated into them via Apple Motion. So our editors don't need to crack open or know a Motion GFX Compositor like AE. It's all very quick and drag and drop inside the NLE.
I really want to jump to CS6, but we need to find solutions for these workflow problems. Transcoding to other codecs is a a time consuming workflow problem and learning AE is not an option for our shop.
Thanks in advance.
