I kinda figured out the problem. The sequence in Final Cut was set to a field dominance: NONE. When I brought the After Effects clip into a new sequence I noticed the the field dominance changed to UPPER and the text looks perfect. SOOO... is there a way to change the field dominance of a clip in after effects OR if i change field dominance of the current sequence in Final Cut to Upper well the rest of the video clips get messed up.
Thanks for the help.
