External monitor not showing in up in playback settings when using HDMI

I have a HP Elitebook laptop and I tried to use my TV and my monitor for playback over HDMI. The monitors show up and I can set them up in Windows, but in the Premiere playback setting options my external device choices are none and DV.

I remember using this with another monitor hooked up with VGA. Is there just some little catch I'm missing?
