Which CUDA card for budget HD

I am doing delayed live editing with material shot in 1080i on the sony NX5 and p2.
We will be broadcasting in 720p.
We have switched from FCP to premiere to allow the faster ingest of AVCHD media but we now need a new GPU. We are on a tight budget so I need to know if the Nvidia GeForce GTX 285 will be fast enough or if I need to purchase the Quadro 4000 or the Quadro fx4800.
Although for our budget the FX4800 is probably not an option.
