I agree with some of your list. I asked for:
- incremental Trim, like in FCP how you can park the roll and ripple icon on an edit point and move it incrementally by pressing the forward or backward arrow, or just type in an arbitrary number of frames to move it. It's so much easier that inaccurate mouse manipulation or working in the clunky Trim Window.
- easier to select tracks to trim once in the Trim window. Right now unlinking tracks while in the Trim window is far from intuitive.
- a specific Fit To Fill edit command, instead of the 4-point edit command now, which leads to a menu of 3 options, only 1 of which is Fit to Fill, with the other 2 options being obvious and useless non-options
- slug or filler clips
-more realtime playback resolutions and options. It seems Adobe is so used to animators settling for low resolution playback in After Effects that it's assumed editors will likewise settle for low-resolution stuttering playback in Premiere Pro. I suppose it is a function of the fact that my iMac graphics card is not supported by the Mercury Playback Engine (playback is better on my Mac Book Pro), still I don't understand why it is so problematic in PP when I never had so many playback difficulties working with a wide range of HD formats in FCP.
However, there are a lot of stuff in Premiere Pro I do like more than FCP. The color correction tools for example.
