I wasn't suggesting that you recapture the whole bloody shooting match, just a small file of the proper parameters for test purposes.

I assume that AFX is on the same machine that you are having problems with, there could be damaged codecs or other pertinate files that could possibly be corrupted so anything generated on that machine could be suspect.
