And I forgot to mention the clip notes export.

You can either embed a video in PDF or link to a streamed version. It support Quicktime or Windows media.

The client can easily add comments tied to timecode and send you back the file which then appears as marker with comments in the timeline.

If you haven't used that function, I recommend you give it a shot, it's amazingly simple to use on the client side as well.
