Yes, but definitely install a 64 bit OS.

Otherwise you will be limited to less than 4 gigs of RAM, and you will not be able to upgrade to CS5 from what we can tell right now.

That also made me think about something else, all our plugins will need a 64 bits upgrade for CS5, I wonder how well that's going to pan out...
