You can nest a sequence into another sequence giving you a single volume rubber band.
The Audio Mixer can also do this, but beware; the volume adjustment is part of the track and all clips in that track will be adjusted.
You also can lasso all the clips in a track, right click on that selection and choose Audio Gain to adjust all clips up or down or normalize all peaks.
