Thanks guys! I applied the time code to the first clip, tweaked the settings and did a copy and paste to the remaining clips and all is well and in sync. I never realized you didn't have to create a transparent video layer to add time code. I don't know where I even saw that but it doesn't matter now. I got it working correctly. Thanks!
