Media Encoder

I gotta say, I'm pretty disapointed with the performance of Media Encoder in CS4. Sequences from Premiere take FOREVER to load into the stupid thing. Also, there are times when Media Encoder decides to build the same file 2 or 3 times (even though I only set it to encode ONCE) for no reason. Also, encodes will crash resulting in a little yellow caution sign symbol in Media Encoder. Overall, Adobe did a crappy job with the Media Encoder portion of CS4. Two thumbs way down from me. Anyone else have issues with Encoder?
Thanks,
Aaron
