XML Export from PPro CS4 on a PC?

I have been searching everywhere and have not found an answer, except the one that indicates NO, you can not export and XML file of a Premiere Pro CS4 on a PC. The online manual says you can do it, but I'm wondering if that's for PPro on a Mac. ON a PC you can export a projects as an AAC file, but there is no option of XML. Does FCP import AAC files? Seems like you need Automatic Duck for that.
