help my cs4 pro won't open

I have CS4 premiere pro won't open up. I click the icon it opens to startup, i click on my project, and then it gets stuck about halfway in the loading bar and is frozen for a very long time...it is still goin as we speak...yet it stops and doesn't move at a certain loading point....what do I do?
