Re: Will Video Editing on a PC ever truly work?

I have been running a succesful video production company for the last 9 years and I base all my editing work on PCs all running Adobe products and others. I use windows XP and have threee edit bays. My computers usually have Premiere and after effects open and running at the same time and I have to say that it works very well. All my PCs have adecuate RAM and good Intel processors. No problem. I have to admit that the Apple machines run very well but for my part of the world they are still quite expensive especially parts and service. I produce everything from a 30 sec spot to a Corporate video to a weekly 30 min TV show.
