Batch replacing clips in CS4

There's probably a really simple answer to this but I can't think what it is. In AE, if you open a project that references a load of clips in, say, a folder called H:somewhereMarch09 and that folder has been moved to S:somewhere_elseMarch09, all you have to do is replace one of the however many clips AE can't find and it will automatically find the rest again (as long as the folder structures are the same). In Premiere there seems no way to do this. I moved a load of XDCAM EX clips from a slow disk to a faster disk, and want to relink them all (there are probably 200 or so) without doing them all manually. Is there a way to do this? Doing them manually is a proper pain in the bum, because each clip is in a separate folder so you have to navigate in, link the clip, then back out again and into the next folder for the next clip.
Thanks in advance
Nick
