I forgot to finish up here, sorry.

I did the same, upgraded to QT Pro. I thought there'd be an export option in Premiere and AE but it's just in QT. I've been exporting Quicktime movies from Premiere and making .wmvs in QT Pro for months now and it's been working great. Especially the speed. Quicktime is way faster at exporting it seems.

So, anyway, happy customer here.
