Best harware I/O for CS4

Hi!
We are probleby buying a CS4 system with harware I/O to replace and old AVID Liquid system.
We need SDI HD and SD and analoge component with digital (AES-EBU)and analoge (XLR) audio.
We will use Sony EX, Panasonic AVCHD, HDV and DVCPRO HD material on the HD side.
So will we turn to Matrox axio LE or some of the AJA/Black Magic cards?
