OK, it must have just been a corrupted install, PP is working now except for that stupid ASIO error is back. The exact error is:

Premiere Pro Debug Event
Premiere Pro has encountered an error
[....SrcAudioAsioHost.cpp-709]

Reinstalling certainly doesn't work, I am going to try reinstalling my sound card etc.. and see if it is HW related. I really appreciate all the help and I know some of this should be in a separate thread, but it is just easier for someone to have the background. I've read some of the other threads about license errors and I don't even want to be assosiated with that crowd.

Anyway, some progress has been made, just have to tackle that asio error. The only thing on the Adobe KB has to do with x-fades and PP2 imports, which I don't fall under, so I'm clueless as to the issue.

Thanks again for the help,

Jeremy

**UPDATE**
Reinstalling my sound card drivers worked, now on to fixing the original probelm.

Thanks to Jeff and Jon for the help.

-Jeremy
