Workflow help: Premiere - AE - Premiere
by

I captured my footage using HDVSplit, imported the footage into Premiere, cut the footage in premiere and now I need to transfer that footage into AE to color correct, guess 3:2 pulldown, and other changes. After that I want to bring it back into premiere to sync the audio and maybe tighten it up a bit. Can someone suggest a workflow where I will keep quality loss at a minimum?
Dynamic Link doesn't work for me because I don't have the Premium edition of CS3 or something like that. I shot the camera using the Canon HV20 and it records in 24p, so thats why i need to do the guess 3:2 pulldown in AE. There's also a handy remove grain plug in that works better in AE too.
Thanks for any help.
