Batch Capture - Change settings after first logged.

Hi Dear Friends
My problem is that I had a collegue to log my clips for batch capture. By a mistake somewhere, he managed to change the batch capture settings from CAPTURE VIDEO AND AUDIO to just CAPTURE AUDIO when he logged the clips. So when I batch capture I only get the audio, not both.
When I later on tries to change the setting back to both VIDEO and AUDIO it is not possible. The batch capture settings box has greyed out this option. I can only change the in/oout timecode and name. It is close to 100 clips, so I realy would like to find a workaround so I do not need to log all the clips one more time.
Any clever soul out there who knows the answer?
Thanks & Stay creativ!
Bjorn :)
