I've taken PPro CS3 projects to/from the MAC/PC several times, all with little or no issues.
The only thing you may encounter are certain filters/effects that exist on the PC that are not on the MAC version. Also, be sure you're using fonts that the other platform also have installed.
Other than that, all the video and audio are compatible, and the project files open fine.
File paths, too, may be an issue. Try to keep all your assets in the folder where the PPro project lives.
