Jeff,

Interpreting the footage at 29.97fps, gets rid of the stutter. I was able to apply the interp to all the footage in a few projects and fix some of the videos I have made, so that is a relief. One odd thing though. Some footage shot from the same camera, doesn't stutter at all, even taken in the same place only a few minutes apart. Either way, nice to know it is fixed. Thanks for the help Jeff!
