Export for what purpose? Uncompressed is seldom necessary since the original DV AVI is compressed. As is HDV. You can't make it look better by uncompressing video. But if you are re-editing after the export, that's different.

The word resolution is usually applied to the number of pixels, like 720X480. The higher the data rate the less likely you will have quality loss. Up to a point. Going to a higher data rate thatn the original footage seldom solves anything.

Going from 8 bit to 10 bit is useful when applying effects, especially color correction.

So, perhaps if you explained what you were attempting to do, we could be useful.
