VST Effects not appearing (Win)

Hi all,

I just installed Izotrope Vinyl VST, and although during the start of premiere pro it popped up and asked for registration details, i can't find it in the effects panel or in the audio mixer.

Made me think there's probably no 3rd party VSTs showing up.

Has anybody got an idea whats going on here?
