Have similarly been plagued by this problem and resorted to using 12 bit only for capture when using 2 mikes but today I was working with a sound guy using Mac and Final cut pro and we did a test with my PDX 10 and the stereo audio came through perfectly
I wonder if there is something I need to change in the Windows XP system I am using.
