do you have to views, each from a separate cam both shot at the same time? Did both cams have audio? you have to find a very noticeable event that both cams saw. with cam 1 on a video timeline, find that event, then set a clip marker (unnumbered is fine). un-enable that video line...now, find that same event (as close as you can) on the video line that has cam2...again, set a clip marker. OK, now move one or the other video lines to line up the two clip markers and re-enable the cam1 video line. Hopefully, if the event was something that was very short, like a still camera flash (which you can use in the future to intentionally cause an event to sync to) then you should be fine .. if it was something that wasn't so precise, for example someone's hand motion or walking past an identifiable point, a drum stick strike, whatever then you may have to tweak the sync by moving one video line or the other a few frames. You can also use the audio and try to line up wave forms if there's a loud or sudden audio level change. At this point, it's basically trial and error, but you should be very close based and all you are doing is tweaking.
