Re: spot number question
by James Orlowski (jamski) on Jul 8, 2008 at 11:41:36 pm

Often, our clients request an "ISCI" code to be applied. Sometimes they supply it, other times, they don't.

When they don't, and they say to just make one up, we do just that. Usually, an ISCI code is a mixture of numbers or letters.

Ones we've used in the past are "CPYG-01 07/18" or the like. The first part is our internal job number, and the second is the month/day is was edited.
