Urgent Question

I have an external drive that I accidently deleted inportant files from. At the same time, the drive has a project on it that I need to continue working on. Is it possible to get a second external drive and save the project and all of its components (which are all in one self-contained project folder) to the new drive? And if so, will Premiere Pro not be all screwed up with the project being saved to a new drive?
Thanks,
Aaron
