DVCPRO Deck Recomendations

I'm looking for deck recommendations for my set-up:
MacPro, 2 x 2 GHz Dual-Core Intel Xeon
3 GB RAM
OSX 10.5.x
Premiere Pro CS3
I've in the past, only have ever acquired DVCAM material via Firewire from a Sony DVCAM DSR-25 deck. But now, I may need to be acquiring DVCPRO25/50 material for an upcoming project, so I'm looking for a DVCPRO deck that's equipped with a Firewire port.
Anyone else with a similar set-up to mine have any suggestions? I have a lead on a Panasonic AJ-SD93 DVCPRO 50/25 VTR, but before I shell-out $$$, I'd like to know if it'll work for me, of there's a better solution.
I will only need to ingest DVCPRO/25 and possibly 50 material; I won't need to output DVCPRO50, only 25. No HD.
I would also be interested to know if a DVCPRO deck will output DV/DVCAM material via Firewire. Since Sony decks that can play DVCPRO material won't/can't export that material via Firewire.
I don't have a "capture card" in my Mac, so the only way I can acquire material is via Firewire.
Any thoughts/recommendations would be appreciated.
Thanks.
