Hey--
I'm in the same boat... I have a project where one camera shot HD, and the other DV (though both 16:9). For the preview, we just down-converted all the HD to a regular exported mpeg, but now that it's been approved we'd like the HD to remain HD and wonder what to do about the DV stuff! Out of a total of 6 DVDs, this is what we have:
1- combined HD and DV, back and forth...
2- just HD
3- combined HD and DV, back and forth
4-6 just HD...
How would I go about up-converting the DV to fit my HD format? Is that the best option???
With what you said with your question, that's what I have done for the same issue (pasting the motion settings and waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaiting). Seems like the easiest way!
