Premiere CS3 freezing up
by Joshua Wethington on May 16, 2008 at 6:33:33 pm

I'm running an Premiere 3.2 on my 8 core Mac Pro and within the last few days my computer gives me the spinning rainbow beach ball thing every time I make a simple edit. If I delete a clip, move some shots over 5 frames, zoom in and out of the timeline fast I get a beach ball. I've restarted my computer several times, reconnected to my network drive countless times and even cleared my p-ram today. I also tried to deleting all my render files and media cache files and working on a sequence for a while but that didn't help any, so I just got done re-rendering it all and it takes even longer to do anything. I'm out of ideas and need some help.

break out
