What are the clip settings, project settings and the export settings including FPS, frame sizes, Audio Khz, Codec (Co.mpressor + Dec.ompressor) = Codec. It sounds like (ha I didn't mean that) there is a mismatch in the fps, codec might be making file too big so picture lags while audio keeps cruising.
