Hi Randy
Thanks for your response, but it is the cross dissolve I was using. Have rendered and then burned to DVD but some of the transitions just didn't look quite as smooth as they had on previous projects done on liquid. Wondered if there was some other setting that I should check as I am a bit of a novice at this editing lark. Have to admit that field orders and alpha channels are phrases I keep reading but not really understanding, so wondered if one of these or one of the many other settings that I have no idea what they are for is the culprit. Was hoping somebody may have remembered seeing this before and knew what they did to fix it.
