The only 2 ways around this (kind of) that I know of would be to:
1. Turn off all OTHER audio layers except for the one in question
2. Set your work area bar over all of the affected audio in that track
3. Do a File-Export-Audio of just that area
4. Bring that exported audio (which now has all of your keyframed audio) back into your timeline and replace the old one, or put it into another track and then just mute the original track
5. You may have to go along and cut it up and then link the sections to the various video clips.
or
Nest that audio track by itself into a sequence and then drag that sequences audio into your current sequence.
