Exporting Problems

I'm new to Premiere and I'm having some problems exporting some projects out of PPCS3. First off I work in a shop where 90% of our work is all digital and we primarily use FCP to edit all our content. With that being said let me explain the basic work flow. We shoot HDV in our studio and that is converted to HDV720p quick time files. I'm editing these in PPCS3 has multicam sequences. I need to export these projects out as quick time files for use to show the clients. I don't see anything that would be the equivalent of a self-contained quick time like I would normally do in FCP, so I've been trying to export just a normal quick time movie using the HDV720p compressor that the footage is encoded in and it keeps crashing. These projects range from 25 minutes to 50 minutes, I've tried exporting ones I have rendered and ones I haven't. I've tried using the media encoder and just doing a simple file-export-movie. Can anyone offer any help?
Thanks,
Joshua
