Premiere Pro 1.5 export for .flv

I have a ten minute corporate video (Pal) which I need to deliver to the company who's creating a DVD. They need to import it into Flash. There is no option to export a .flv file from Adobe Premier Pro 1.5. We have tried various different options, but they either freeze at a certain point or play jerkily. Ideally I need to create a file which will fit onto a DVD to deliver to them, which will play smoothly and work in Flash. I do have an external hard drive if the only option is a bigger file.
Any suggestions??
(I seem to remember Prem 6 having much simpler export options. Does it export to .flv? If so, I do have a working version of Prem 6 and could import the whole project as a single .avi. I would prefer to try and do from Prem 1.5 tho)
Using Adobe Prem Pro 1.5, Windows XP, Canopus Rex.
